ingredients:
black sesame 10g
butter 125g
icing sugar 60g
pastry flour 40g
bread flour 75g
corn starch 45g
egg white 30g
preparation:
toast the sesame seeds in a small frying pan until they just start to pop, immeidiately remove from the pan. grind the sesame in a coffee grinder until they have turned into a fragrant powder.
methods:
1. preheat oven to 350°F
3. cream together the butter and sugar.
4. stir in the eggs white.
5. sift together the pastry & bread flour, sesame powder and corn starch, stir into the creamed mixture.
6. bake for 12 to 14 minutes.

black sesame 50g
rock sugar 100g
water 5cups
cream 1/2cup
thickening ingredients:
rice 2tbsp
water 1/2cup
methods:
1. mix rice with 1/2cup of water. soak for 1 hour & blend it in a blender. (thickening)
2. soak the black sesame in water for 30 minutes
3. drain & stir-fry the sesame until fragrant. (no oil needed)
4. add a cup of water with the sesame & blend in a blender, pour in the rest of water.
5. add sugar & heat until dissolved, cook at low heat for 1 hour.
6. add cream & thickening in medium-high heat until boil.
