sweet almond soup Ⅱ

蛋白杏仁茶

龍皇杏 100g
北杏 20g
水 1000ml
蛋白 2隻
冰糖 適量

龍皇杏、北杏用水浸泡,放入雪櫃過夜。
蛋白打散。

龍皇杏、北杏和1000ml清水放入攪拌機打成杏汁,隔渣。
將杏汁、冰糖用慢火煮滾,直至冰糖煮融。
一手加入蛋白,一手攪拌蛋白與杏汁。
熄火,蓋上煲蓋焗1分鐘。

  2. kevin, the other name of 龍皇杏 is called 大南杏.
    you can replace 南杏 for 龍皇杏 in this recipe.
