蛋白杏仁茶

龍皇杏 100g
北杏 20g
水 1000ml
蛋白 2隻
冰糖 適量

龍皇杏、北杏用水浸泡，放入雪櫃過夜。
蛋白打散。

龍皇杏、北杏和1000ml清水放入攪拌機打成杏汁，隔渣。
將杏汁、冰糖用慢火煮滾，直至冰糖煮融。

一手加入蛋白，一手攪拌蛋白與杏汁。

熄火，蓋上煲蓋焗1分鐘。

冰糖 適量
雪耳 一朵

龍皇杏、北杏和米用水浸泡，放入雪櫃過夜。
雪耳浸發。

龍皇杏、北杏、米和1000ml清水放入攪拌機打成杏汁，隔渣。
將杏汁、冰糖和雪耳放入易潔鍋内用慢火煮滾、不時攪拌以防焦底。
直至冰糖煮融和雪耳變軟，熄火。
