maple cranberry granola

2 cups organic rolled oats
1/2 cup organic sunflower seeds
1/2 cup organic pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup raw chopped almonds
1/2 cup organic dried cranberries
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup maple syrup
2tbs organic canola oil
1tsp kosher salt
  • preheat the oven to 300F
  • combine the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl (except dried cranberries).
  • pour the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir to coat evenly.
  • spread the mixture evenly on parchment paper and bake for 40 minutes until golden, stirring and turning over half-way through baking.
  • let cool, stir in dried cranberries.
  • store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
