small potatoes
1. 薯仔去皮後用鹽水浸泡,切件炸至金黃色。
2. 雞翼放進滾水煮至呈白色,浸入冰水。
3. 炒香洋蔥,下雞翼略炒,下生抽、老抽、糖、水調味後煮一會。
4. 加入薯仔,燜熟至收汁即成。
