osmanthus jelly

for osmanthus jelly:
- dried osmanthus 1 tbsp
- hot water 450ml
- sugar 100g (rock sugar is optional)
- gelatin powder 4tsp
1. soak the dried osmanthus in 200ml hot water for 30 minutes. discard half of the osmanthus, set aside.
2. add sugar & gelatine to 250ml hot water till dissolved.
3. pour (2) to (1)
4. put into the fridge for at least 2 hours.

for coconut milk jelly:
- coconut milk 250ml
- cream 50ml
- hot water 150ml
- sugar 100g
- gelatin powder 4tsp
1. add sugar & gelatine to 250ml hot water till dissolved.
2. (1) mix with cream & coconut milk. (don't beat)
3. pour the mixture on top of the osmanthus jelly.
4. chill for at least 3 hours.

tips: wrap the jelly cup with a hot towel. scrap the rim of the jelly cup to take the jelly out. enjoy!
