  2. bm, sorry for the late reply, i missed your message.

    1.預先將冬菇、乾瑤柱& 蝦米浸好。
    2.將冬瓜去皮蒸軟,壓成蓉。
    3.煲滾上湯。(可用罐頭雞湯代替)
    4.將冬瓜蓉、冬菇、乾瑤柱及蝦米放進上湯慢火煮45mins。
    5.加鹽調味。(我喜歡加入一湯匙花彫酒作調味)

    *可隨個人喜好,加入蟹及蝦肉。
