steamed pork cake

ingredients:
  • minced pork 250g
  • chinese winter mushrooms (dice)
  • chinese dried shrimps (finely chopped)
  • water chesnuts (dice)
seasoning:
  • 2 tsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp tbsp cornflour
  • 1 tsp cooking wine
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp oil
  • little bit of white pepper, sesame oil and water
methods:
  • combined minced pork, winter mushrooms, dried shrimps, water chestnuts and seasoning.
  • steam over high heat for 12 minutes.
  • enjoy!
