- minced pork 250g
- chinese winter mushrooms (dice)
- chinese dried shrimps (finely chopped)
- water chesnuts (dice)
- 2 tsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp tbsp cornflour
- 1 tsp cooking wine
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp oil
- little bit of white pepper, sesame oil and water
- combined minced pork, winter mushrooms, dried shrimps, water chestnuts and seasoning.
- steam over high heat for 12 minutes.
