2 cups organic rolled oats

1/2 cup organic sunflower seeds

1/2 cup organic pumpkin seeds

1/2 cup raw chopped almonds

1/2 cup organic dried cranberries

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup maple syrup

2tbs organic canola oil

1tsp kosher salt

preheat the oven to 300F
combine the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl (except dried cranberries).
pour the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir to coat evenly.
spread the mixture evenly on parchment paper and bake for 40 minutes until golden, stirring and turning over half-way through baking.
let cool, stir in dried cranberries.
store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.

龍皇杏、北杏用水浸泡，放入雪櫃過夜。
蛋白打散。

龍皇杏、北杏和1000ml清水放入攪拌機打成杏汁，隔渣。
將杏汁、冰糖用慢火煮滾，直至冰糖煮融。

一手加入蛋白，一手攪拌蛋白與杏汁。

熄火，蓋上煲蓋焗1分鐘。

龍皇杏、北杏和米用水浸泡，放入雪櫃過夜。
雪耳浸發。

龍皇杏、北杏、米和1000ml清水放入攪拌機打成杏汁，隔渣。
將杏汁、冰糖和雪耳放入易潔鍋内用慢火煮滾、不時攪拌以防焦底。
直至冰糖煮融和雪耳變軟，熄火。
